 Has anyone out there tried using any type of Hoodia? I have a dear friend that told me she has lost 40 pounds taking Hoodia. She is using a very inexpensive Hoodia that she got at Walmart, but I was really wanting to hear from several other people as to what their experience has been with it.

 Hello I haven't tried that I gave up on diet pills they didn't help me at all.I tried slim quick I was going to try alli but, after doing research on it it made me not wanting to try the side effects are bad I had been on slim fast protein they taste great but, didn't lose much on that either but, everyone is different so I hope we will get more post on it I'm a lil curiouse too . diet pills can be really bad for you so becareful .

 Yeah, I know they can be bad, and I'm such a scardey cat anyway. Having extra pounds on the body is bad enough for you, I hate the idea of adding additional problems onto that by taking something that will effect me in the long run. Ughhhh. I hate having this problem.

 LOL I'm glad you won't try the diet pills I have tried most if not all they do more harm then good for you ..You can do it without the pills they don't work anyway ..keep me posted on your progress big hugs
