MDJunction to me

jenniferdiva"MDJunction has been just an amazing support for me. The people who are on mdj are so nice! Unlike the many other support sites that I have been on. I have made several friends on mdj who are so supportive and so educated about mental illness. Of course non of us are doctors, but we certainly offer each other hugs, opinions, and advice. I have learned a great deal from my friends on mdjunction. I am also encouraging other people who suffer from mental illness to come on to MDJ. It can be a life line." (jenniferdiva)

HI Everyone,

Looking for a great way to eat some tasty food and not a whole lot of calories and sugar? Try grilling your veggies and/or fruits.

I especially love grilled peaches. Slice them in half, take the pit out, and let the grill do the rest. (Make sure to spray the grill racks with some cooking spray BEFORE you ignite it). That way the fruit won't be so likely to stick. Same with your veggies too. Summer squash and zucchini taste awesome with a little bit of salt and pepper. Yum!

It's tasty, low cal, low in sugar, and a great way to cook outside and not heat up your house with the oven. Ick! Who needs that? Especially if you've got the muggy humids in your neck of the woods.

Enjoy!
