 Chris, what you said about being the "strong one" grabbed my attention - this is how it is with me. I think we "strong ones" wear ourselves out by being strong for everyone else, and eventually we don't know how to let others be strong for us. I hope you can find a way to talk to a therapist - the right therapist will help you more than you'd think.
