renee,

if you want to add me to your friends list, the reason for that is because i am not on the depression forum very often.i deal mostly with bipolar and fibromayalga.

so this way you can send me a pm when ever you want to talk. i do have a full time job but when i get home i read my messages and i reply.but that's up to you.Wink

Hi Renee and welcome to our group. I'm sorry that you need us but glad that you found us. And I'd say you're doing fine w/ using the site. You picked your butterfly, got your message posted, and even put in a profile. (Shhh...Don't tell anyone, but I'm a group leader here and I haven't done that yet. Smile

The only other thing I can think of are private messages (PM). To send one, just click on 'Send a PM' to the left of the person's posting. A screen will appear for you to write your message. And they are private. Oh, there are also 'hugs', but you can see one of the ways to send one right under the PM button.

If you have more questions, please feel free to send me a PM describing what you need help w/, and I'll do my best to help you.

We are a warm, welcoming, non-judgmental group, so feel free to post whatever and whenever.

Warm welcoming wishes,

Sylvia

NOTE: I can't imagine anyone is surprised that distracted driving has overtaken drunk driving as the number one cause of death on the road. Please, y'all, keep your eyes sharp when you drive. The guy in the next car could be on a computer in the dash board (whoever dreamed that up should have to watch autopsies), while the one behind you is texting. It's important to be aware of those around you. The kid who ended my second to last life was in a huge SUV and on the telephone.
