whole day i am sitting alone and not able to help myslf to fight depression.crisis lines are not working so good i need real person,friends.

HI Vick, yes tell us about yourself and we could give you support. Talking, or in this case writing is the best medicine, iv been told to keep your depression to yourself, dont tell people, i dont agree
BipolarII borderline and depression

Lamictal 200mg (mood stabilizer)
Cipramil 40mg (depression)
Seroquel (150mg)(depression)
enalapril 10mg (for high blood pressure)
Zopiclone ( i only take this when its really necessary)
I am not a doctor or Psych,the comments given is purely from my own experience
