Depression Support Group

I feel fantastic. The last week or two I have began to feel a whole lot better, and today especially. Loads of things have gone brilliantly and I feel so good for it. But how long will it last? If something goes wrong, will I end up feeling the way I did before? :/

Perhaps. That's what happens to me a lot. I say enjoy feeling happy, and try to remember the things that make you feel happy like this for when you don't feel so happy.

I'ts impossible to say.you could feel appallingly depressed in one second,or never feel depressed again.You will find out,it helps to discover your own unique pattern.
