Hi all, I know so many of us have sleep problems. I found this article on CNN.com and thought it might be of use to some of you. I read parts of it and it's interesting.

Here's the URL:

http://www.cnn.com/2012/03/30/health/conditions/sleep-apnea- depression/index.html?hpt=hp_bn12

Be well.

Sylvia

I have had sleep apnea and used a c-pak for a couple years. I lost 70 pounds and no longer need it. I feel much better too. I was also drinking at the time and often depressed.

I don't think I have sleep apnea but definetely sleep problems nearly every night with depression and anxiety. I think it all goes hand and hand anyway. Rachele

Rach, the article also talked about 'plain' sleep disorders, not just sleep apnea.

I like the expression 'take what you like and leave the rest'. I put the URL's up, and then anyone can read them or not read them.

Love,

Sylvia

Bangbang, keep up the process that seems to keep getting better for you. I'm proud of you and to be your friend.

Ciao,
