hey everyone i been off my meds for a few weeks. i allways have been on meds but never really kept up with takin them up to the past few months. i been feelin so down alot has to do with my ssdi case but i have my girl friend on my side and she has cleared up some issues i have but for some reason i cant stop feeling sad. the program i go to wanted me to go in to the hostpial for mental health issues do the fact i dont wana live no more. on top of it my feelings has cuzed my girl friend to cut her self and burn her arm today. i told her she needs to go to the hostpial but she beged me to stay home and work on it at home. i feel so sad and im worried about her.

I hope you both consider therapy, sounds like its well needed in both cases. There is nothing wrong with being depressed, so many people are in this world including myself. I have been on different antidepressants for over 20 years now.

It takes time to find the one that works for you, so don't give up...see your Pdoc soon..let us know how your doing..

i go to a drug program i see a consular and the dr there i go to a program for mental health issues i have some one i talk to and there is a dr there. i just gota pick up where i left off. thank you for your help

Sounds to me as if you are doing everything possible. Would your gf consider coming to once of your counseling sessions w/ you? That might help her see why she needs counseling also. Just a thought.

Plese keep us posted on what's going on, and I hope you both feel better quickly.
