mobey"MDJunction has become a lifeline to my recovery. I use this site as a daily coping tool where i can share my thoughts,my fears and ask ways to cope with living life with a illness. I also found new friends here and they have restore my faith in humanity. People everywhere come here to share same problems or solutions to problems we encounter in our lives. MDjunction is a wonderful site and has help not only myself but also my family and friends. I recommend this site to anyone who thinks they are alone dealing with an illness and also to those who have love ones who suffer from illnesses. I will keep spreading the word about MDJunction to organizations who deals with illnesses that would benefit having MDjunction as a support system.Bottom line is.. not much to say because when i get down...i cant find the words...im just in a really low spot and thinking of hurting myself (not suicide) and want to get a few suggestions from people who get me and who understand how to stop the urges.

Hi Willow. I'm sorry to hear you're having a hard time right now. Having urges like that must be hard to deal with. Do you have some friends you can call to talk to. Maybe get out a do something you like to do. How about getting out and taking a walk or maybe some exercise to take your mind off things? Let us know how you are doing and if you need to talk more, feel free. Thinking of you. Rachele

Hi Willow - I hope you are feeling better today. I have those days/times too out of the blue, and for no reason really. I try to tell myself it will be better in time - it usually passes, but sometimes I still have a good cry first.

Hang in there and definately let someone know if you may actually hurt yourself Sad

Hey Willow I do hope you are feeling better. This time of year it is really easy to have extra stress and to feel low which causes those urges. I do hope you have a friend or someone you could contact and maybe like Rach said get out some. We are here for you though and hope you are feeling better. Many Blessings!
