Haven't researched B complex other knowing it's for energy and some other things. I have found alot of sucess with Vitamin D for depression, to supplement my meds. Who knows maybe one day I won't need my depression meds and the Vitamin D will work solo. Wish I could help Shawn. Maybe someone else here knows something. Rachele

I have Pernicous Anemia and have to take a B12 shot weekly. Most people take it monthly but i have to do t weekly. In fact, I was taking 2 a week for awhile.

I can tell it works in about 6 hours after I take one. It really gives my much needed energy.

I also take 10,000 units of VitD weekly and can tell it works.

I take Deplin (prescription) a Folate and it not only helps my deficientcy it helps my depression very well along with Celexa.

Studies have found that Deplin does a great job in helping Fibro. I don;t use it for that I use it as a boost for the Celexa. And t works wonders for me.

Yes, Veronica I also was informed of a Vitamin D deficiency last year so I was taken probably about 2,000 iu's per day back then. Need to start it up again. I take antidepressant too. It did really help me through the winter months when my depression peeks. Rachele
