I have this deep internal feeling of depression that makes me feel sick to my stomach (constantly). I also have chronic anxiety and am always on the verge of crying. I try to suppress the symptoms (especially the tears because I don't want my family to see me fall apart). I'm on some meds, but still don't feel right. I don't know how else to say it, but I just hurt - deep down, I constantly hurt. Even in the midst of doing an enjoyable activity, I can't shake feeling sick, depressed and anxious. I'm seeing a new doctor tomorrow and pray he can come up with a med that can help me. I don't know how much has been brought on by my health issues and meds I take for them, but I'm starting to feel like I'm losing it.
Peace, love and gentle hugs, Julia Grace

i know how u feel but am not on any meds.

i find myself falling into a state of depression from time to time but unlike u, i dont get any medical aid. the doctors here are very nasty and judgemental. they dont give a rat's ass what one is going through.

all they want is the money. i sometimes have thought of committing suicide.

however, i cam to realize that everyone has felt miserable in life and well, some chose to end their lives, others to become a threat and menace to society, others have sought occult practices to bail them out. for me, i have sought the Virgin Mary to help me through it all

Hi Grace, I believe the sick feeling in your stomache is related to the depression and anxiety. I have felt that feeling before when anxious or upset. Just sick to my stomache. Of course good to rule out any medical issues first that can be related to it. But yes, I have felt physically sick when depressed or anxious. I do hope your doctor can find medication that will be more of a help than you are feeling. Depression is so complex. It's chemical but also relates to our way of thinking and seeing the world we are in. I think Ruby you touched on it a bit. The way in which people are but more importantly it's how we see ourselves in this world. If we feel trapped by our situation or life, it's harder to find solutions and cope. If we see our lives in a way of trials and tribulations and being able to effectively cope and deal with it, than we are often better off on the spectrum. It's hard when we are depressed to see anything but darkness but there can be light. Just have to have some patience, support and help to get to it. Rachele
