I now believe in myself and accept myself on a completely different level. The people on MDJunction has been so supportive and accepting that I have been able to adopt it into my personal life. That has reduced a lot of stress in my life. Thanks to all." (HiddenButterfly)

I don't have answers for you, I'm afraid. I'm assuming since you say you were in a mental ward for suicidal thoughts that you are probably seeing a psychiatrist or psychologist. Please tell me if I'm wrong in that. Are you also on any anti-depressants? At your age, sometimes the medicines that are supposed to help can actually make you suicidal. As far as the homicidal thoughts, do you have someone in particular that you want to harm or just in general? Have you told your doctor or not? If you have told them and you aren't getting the help you need, then I would talk to your parents or even a school counselor so you get the help you need. Please talk to someone even if it's a suicide hotline. In the first page of the phone book has the number listed. Keep us posted on how you are doing. Hugs and God Bless.
The only medical knowledge I have is my own experiences. Bretta

The only advice that I can give u is praying. Pray to God that he will help you through it. I don't know what you beleive in. But having faith that God will see you through is worth more than anything. You need to try to be strong. If you don't want to think about your family, think about yourself. Think about how this world would be miserable without u. You can make a contribution to the world if you just beleive and have faith.

I talked to someone else about this, dont remember who but I think it helped. My sis is a therapist and when bad thought were entering my mind I though I was going to lose it.

She taught me an exercise, when a bad thought begins STOP it in its tracks. Just say NO out loud, keep doing this and hopefully it works for you as it did me, the bad thoughts stopped. Im not a bad person and your not either, but you need to get control over them, and this is a very good method to try.

Hope it helps

Caring Always

Sorry, but I don't have answers either. I just wanted to repeat that it is imperative that you get the help you need. You are young and have your whole life ahead of you, and I'm sure you family would care if you weren't there anymore. So please follow Morehope's advice for getting help. I can't express it any better than she did.

And please let us know how you're doing. You've joined a big, caring family; and as part of our family we care how you're doing.

Warm welcoming wishes, Sylvia

NOTE: I can't imagine anyone is surprised that distracted driving has overtaken drunk driving as the number one cause of death on the road. Please, y'all, keep your eyes sharp when you drive. The guy in the next car could be on a computer in the dash board (whoever dreamed that up should have to watch autopsies), while the one behind you is texting. It's important to be aware of those around you. The kid who ended my second to last life was in a huge SUV and on the telephone.

Yes of course you need to see a Dr. if you are repeating these thoughts or even having them once, a Dr. will help you. Please dont be afraid , dr.'s are so understabding to young people with all the pressures in life that are on them now.

Blessings always

Patty
