basically depression sucks.

and we've all been through/are going through it..

i know it seems like it will never end or never get better (have these thoughts everyday)

but i just want to say good luck to everyone with their own personal struggles with depression. and i do believe that all of us will get better someday and have the happiness we deserve to have Smile

Nice thought Sarah. An old saying: From your mouth to god's ear.

Have a nice holiday Sarah, Julie and anyone else who may read this.

Best, Sylvia

NOTE: I can't imagine anyone is surprised that distracted driving has overtaken drunk driving as the number one cause of death on the road. Please, y'all, keep your eyes sharp when you drive. The guy in the next car could be on a computer in the dash board (whoever dreamed that up should have to watch autopsies), while the one behind you is texting. It's important to be aware of those around you. The kid who ended my second to last life was in a huge SUV and on the telephone.

Sarah and Julie I surely do agree with that so always hang onto whatever amount of HOPE you have and never ever give up fighting your way back to the top of this thing called depression.

My message to everyone---I left the Paranormal group. I have had too many experiences in my life, but I prefer they were from God, not something abnormal.

Do you know what I mean? I just dont want to open myself up to that side of religion. Too much for my aching heart to reveil. Agree or not, just my own personal thing.

Gods Blessings To All

Patty

Yeah, depression is very challenging to live and cope with. It's so hard when other people don't understand it. One thing I know is I didn't ask to have depression. I don't like feeling this way but there are times is seems hard to fight. I do the best I can. Sometimes, I have to roll with the hard, sad days and just chalk them up to just that. Most days are at barable. Some days are awful and few days are great. The great days which are few and far between I hold onto with dear life. I kind of wrote about it in my last diary entry "The Way of the Cross". Anyway, we are not alone here and that helps.
Having the courage to walk step by step each day.

May the road rise up to meet you
May the wind always be on your back.
May the sun lie warm upon your face.
And until we meet again,
May the Lord hold you
In the hollow of His hand.
