MDJunction to me

scotty04901"MDJ to me is an added phase in my recovery as a 44 year survivor of a TBI. I hope that with what I have lived through in those years, will be able to help all those who are just now going through. It is important to understand that even after 44 yrs, I am continuing to recover and to evolve. I just hope I can help others." (scotty04901)

It is another day of rain.No sun to be seen, just gloomy and rainy.I have always liked the rain and cloudy days especially to listen to rain at night and fall asleep to the sound. I have always been drawn to water, rain, stormy weather as much as to the sunny days at the beach. The rain used to be benign to me until RSD&RA. Now the rain is not so friendly to me as I tend to get migraines. and the aches and pains of chronic pain seem to intensify. I know that there are many who suffer from this and right now I know how widepread the rain and storms are, especially the hard hit states in the US. The devastation of the tornadoes that have destroyed homes and left families homeless, some people are missing loved ones,it is on my mind and in my heart to think of them and send them our thoughts and prayers during this time and realize how lucky we are to only have rainy days and pain to cope with.
