I want to wish all the Mom's a Happy Mother's Day and hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. Happy Mother's Day!! I hope everyone has good times, good company,good food time to relax and be social. Whether it is reading a book, gardening, golfing or attending a workshop as long as it is something you enjoy spend some time investing in yourself and those close to you. Time spent with family and friends and alone time are beneficial in the fight against depression that is part of the battle we face with chronic illness.Social interaction, exercise and engaging the brain in activites that require concentration and learning release endorphins that make us feel good. So have that chocolate and indulge in the fun times shared with golf buddies, others with shared interests and the peace and tranquility found in nature and the imagination of a good book and the places it can take you.They all contribute to your overall health and well being.
