I haven't had this much pain and exhaustion in a while. My arms, shoulders, elbows and left knee are killing me. I started taking Ambien again about a week ago. I wonder if this is causing my pain. I haven't had a flare up like this in months. Everything is just so overwhelming sometimes. I finally got caught up at work and for the last two days I have done nothing. My arms and shoulders ache so bad. I don't have anything for pain. I could try some Ibuprofen. It can't hurt. Well thanks for listening to me whine, I better rest my arms and go home soon.

I'm an Advocate

Really good to hear from you. Please be well.
May I be guided to accept others who may differ from me and always separate opinion from fact. I insist that others put the benefit of the group before anything else, regardless of a well meaning agenda. If what you say is a fact, you can back it up. If not, it's opinion and should be called that. The safety of members is paramount.
