I'm just learning what it is to be codependent. Anyone go to CoDA meetings?

Welcome to the group. I used to attend a very good CODA meeting a few years back. My work schedule changed and I was unable to anymore.

You can get information on the web by looking up codpendents anonymous. They will have meeting info. Also, Co-Dependent No More by Melanie Beattie is kind of the first book written about codependency and she is considered by many an expert. She has also written other books on the subject. It's a good place to start.
