Cool Hello, My name is Dave. Glad to have found a support group that deals with this particular form of bipolar. I was diagnosed in 2008, but have just begun to narrow it down to this piece. I hope to chat with many of you and share our experiences as we go down this path. I am 50, so would be good to hear from the men in my age group married or not who also have this illness. I am married and have a great wife for support. Thanks, Dave

Hi and welcome, Dave! I'm a bit younger than you, but was recently diagnosed with cyclothymia as well.
Keep in mind that I'm not a medical professional, and my advice is based on personal experience.

Dave:

I too just started. I am 57 years old and recently diagnosed. It' a struggle. But, I think this support group is good. Best of luck and please write if I can be of any assistance or just to talk.
