Welcome Sharmyn. Sorry I can't help you. I am sure one of the other ladies on here can help.

I recommend you eat teeny tiny amounts of food several several times a day. I always tried really hard to watch my diet. No matter how hard I tried I always lost 45 to 55 lbs the first trimester of my pregnancies. I ended up with a lil nasogastric tube (a tube that goes up your nose down your throat and into your stomach) for nourishment). It was very small and discreet and I tucked it behind my ear. It doesnt mean you'll have to have one. I just couldnt keep my weight up with the last 2 of 4 babies #3 I gained a whopping 9 lbs the whole pregnancy after losing 45 lbs and with #4 I gained 11 lbs after losing 55 lbs. The doctors were just in awe... At that particular time I had not been diagnosed with Crohn's disease yet.

Life essence Master Mulitple. I took during both my pregnancies and although they took after me size wise (6 pounds)they both scored 9s and 8s on the newborn health scale. Gracia is 3 now and Cathryne going on two in June!

Definitely eat like 6-8 small meals of foods you do well on. For me it was venison and fruits like raspberries and blue berries.

I also clung to the preggo drops/pops and kept rolls of tums in my pocket and my purse always had some kind of snack and on breaks I would walk laps around the office or when not taking tech support calls.

Pregnancy put me into remission, both times. You never know, it may be good for you. I gained 55 pounds with the first and 45 with the second. Obviously, that's well beyond the goal but like I said, my body responded to it well and I've since lost it all.

Allie, how much do you typically weigh? I am not pregnant, but I am very small, and I have lost about 15 pounds since I was diagnosed w/ Chron's. I'm now down to about 102. I am scared that I will loose more weight and have to get put in the hospital.
