I wanted that sense of being a normal person.Finding MDJ and the people with in it has steered me down the correct path into the light of hope. The feeling of hope that i was not alone, the feeling of hope of understanding, and the feeling of hope to move on. I never give up hope." (1magicman)

Hi, I am a 48 year old sahm with crohns disease. I had an ileostomy for it 24 years ago and am doing ok with it. I have chronic muscle pain, mostly in my legs. Once I stand from a sitting position, I can barely walk. My thighs are so sore and tender to the touch. I am wondering if anyone else has this? Maybe it is not the crohns? My dr told me its inflammation but we cant find an anti inflammatory that agrees with me. It is getting worse every day and I am afraid I will end up in a wheel chair if we dont figure this out and fix it. My dr seems to blame everything I have on the crohns and I am wondering if he is overlooking something more significant? In any case I am happy to have found this forum and will try not to complain on here too much! I do have words to offer also, I had 2 of my 3 kids with my ileostomy if anyone needs pregnancy advice after surgery. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
