MDJunction to me

peasha"This has been one of the most supportive places I have ever been. I found MDJ by mistaking looking for drs to help me with my many health issues and since that day over a year ago I have found a tight nit little family that keeps me going when the times are tough and offers me a place of retreat to share my successes and failures with others. I get to see the humor and seriousness of what I experience as well as the resources to learn about my health conditions. Thanks MDJ" (peasha)

I went for a colonoscopy two days ago w/o anesthesia(the scope used is made for very young children) and did not know what to expect. So, I was watching the scope going through my stoma and into my large intestine. My GI said I have no active disease, sans pseudo polyps(which is not cancerous and comes from the disease. He wants to do a MRI of my small intestine to check for any active disease in that area of my intestine.

Considering that I have five(count them five) feet of small intestine left and nearly 28 years of flares and setbacks--it is great news!

That's awesome!

Minus the lack of anesthesia... I'm so glad I was out cold for my colonoscopy!

When all else fails, Google pictures of cute kittens.
