 I have had this case, usually when my stomach was not empting, or some type of a blockage. It normally came with alot of vommitting or nausea.

 the dr told me not to eat cheeses because that may cause constipation!

 I have learned that if my stomach aches, or I have diarea, or constipation, or nausea it is just that time. Not normally related to anything that I can tell.
