Jay are your meds making you nauseated? If so you need to let your GI know. You can get anti nausea meds. Or try crackers and gingerale. I've heard peppermint helps but have never tried that. Hope you feel better!

Hey Jay- UGGGHHH, nausea no fun! Although it's best to eat multiple small meals throughout the day for us Crohnies, if I'm super nauseous, I'll eat one huge(ish) meal just to get the whole "food" thing over and done with. The nausea usually decreases the longer I go without food. Not saying it's the healthy way to deal with it, but hey, at least it stops the puking.

Ginger ale is my best friend. I also had these ginger mints from Trader Joes once that were amazing. You could try a health food store too.

Ginger also helps me. However the carbonation in ginger ale can be irritating. I found putting alot of ice, or putting the ginger ale in the freezer helps dissipate the carbonation and make it less irritating.
