Sounds like a good doctor!! its so important to feel like they have your back! my gastero doctor is lovely, but every time i mentioned muscle or joint pain, he just said "we'll its a very common symptom of the Crohn's!", not helpful! eventually i took matters into my own hands and went to a rheumatologist. Best of luck getting this sorted...if only there was a magic cure!!! Wink

Oh it took me a long time to find someone local. I will tell you God answered my prayers to find a doctor that was closer to home that can help me. I have been though alot of doctors....

I have a good GI but he is two hours away from home, and it is hard to find a ride all the way there....

This new doctor is an internist.... I was sent to see him from SSI and he is a doctor of some of my family members and no one knew his specialty was an internist.... So when I went in to see him, he kinda pushed me off when I told him I need a new doctor..... But once he read my SSI papers that I had CD and he pushed on my tummy and knew I was in alot of pain. He was like I am going to be your new doctor.
