Hi All,

Has anyone been on Canasa? I've been taking it for about 10 days now. I feel like the external inflammation from the ileitis is getting worse. I don't know if that is possible or not. I feel like I'm getting a yeast infection from it or something in that order. I go to the GI doc on Wed. I hope it is better till than.

Thanks for any info

Joan

Canasa AKA Mesalamine I personally have never taken it I had a friend that took it she said she took was on it for about 2-3 weeks before she noticed a difference and the problem was because she was experiencing so much diarrhea she was unable to hold the suppos. in long enough to get the proper effect...
