Wow cmore, That must really have worn you out!!! Can't believe he went to all those places just to work out. Made a good video anyway! I plan to start next week. They have free work out/aroebics classes at the gym on base. I used to go, but then I started working out at home on the treadmill. That kind of fell by the wayside. I think a class might really modivate me. I'm a little afraid I won't be able to keep up but they always have a modafide version for people like me. I would go back to water aroebics but I'm afraid the smell of the clorine would affect me now. I really need to do something as none of my clothes fit me anymore. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great idea to motivate one another to exercise! Lately I'm finding all sorts of reasons why I cannot get to the gym and from tomorrow I'm determined to go on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays as I used to do.

The benefits are huge, I always geel great after I have been....problem is to get up and GO!!!!!!!

I'm in too, but don't expect to much from me other than some quick workouts. Do any of you do the wall pushups. They seem to work pretty good and I don't get so SOB.

When I retire I will have to really get into exercising more.

Sue
