Hi Sue, I've been a Realtor for almost 23 years and in accounting for 20 years before that. The 20 years in accounting makes me a better Realtor. I have been doing this long enough to see the cycles - so when the market came to (almost) a screeching halt I figured it was God's way of giving me the time I need to care for my hubby. At that time I just decided to continue to work with previous clients and referrals from previous customers, family and friends. So it's been slow - but it's okay. I was kind of shy - well, make that a lot of shy. Then I realized I was only meeting one buyer or seller at a time. I love the houses and the floor plans. There is a wonderful sense of satisfaction that comes from helping someone find the perfect home or helping someone sell their home and relocate. I'll tell my hubby. I love his attitude too! I'd never have become a Realtor without him. He believed in me - even when I didn't believe in myself. I have grown so much as a person since he came into my life. I am truly blessed.
