Funny you should ask about Denny. I just finally got an email back from her. She's been busy remodeling her house and has had 2 infections.

She has been busy crocheting blankets for her Grandchildren, but maybe she will stop in one of these days and say hello.

Hi Jo,

What year is your daughter in?

The first time my daughter went to college - I cried my eyes out and she was only an hour and a half or so away. She came home on weekends.

My son went away to college - half way across the country. I cried my eyes out. He called the next day to tell me he was on his way to the airport. I begged him to give it a week. He didn't call to tell me to pick him up at the airport - it turns out - he met someone he knew on the way to the airport and they went out to eat.

I have decided that when our children do well away from home - it means we did a good job. It doesn't really get easier though.

Oh yay, so good to see you here Gail!!!!! My go to gal!!!!! How is everything going for you??? I sure hope you are doing well and the hubby is feeling good.....It is so different every day huh?? Some days I have such good days and then out of no where BAM I am down and out again!!! It seems to be a waste of energy to try to figure out why...
