 Thought I would join this group because it fits the bill. I have colonic inertia and for those who arent sure what that is... It is a very slow moving colon. Seems my colon is always filled to the max. Somedays I go and then there are days and days that I dont. I was on laxatives for it but i stopped. Its time to start again. My former laxative regime was pretty intense (took miralax twice a day and senna every other day ontop of the miralax). Anyways Im joining to share thoughts, tips, and support on this matter!
