Hi dorothy,

Your new diet and eating habits doesn't sound that healthy to me, no. Can you tell us how much you weigh, when you started this diet and why you chose this specific one?

All the best,

Alon

Mountain Dew is a very unhealthy drink (like all alike), and especially since you're on a diet you should avoid all carbonated soft drinks (they contain a large amount of chemicals, too much sugar, an the carbon dioxide will make you bloated. Not only they are empty calories, they are also very harmful) .

As Alon said, the diet you're keeping now seems very unhealthy, and, even though it may bring fast results, it may also make you very sick. You need to lose weight making sure your body gets all the nutrients it needs - even if you feel good right now, you don't have a balanced diet at all, your body doesn't get all the substances it needs in order to function properly (proteins, carbohydrates, fats etc.) and that soon may start to cause problems (reflecting first in your general well-being, and second in your blood tests...).

What kind of diet pills are you taking?

It's all about exercise, water, and many meals a day. Take your weight and divide by 2. That's the amount of water to drink. Eating a lot of small meals a day that are fist sized (that's also the size of you stomach)work to keep you fuller longer, along with plenty of fiber. Any type of exercise is great, like waking 30 minutes a day and doing isometric stretches.
