Hi,

I am a recovered victim of anxiety & want all victims to know recovery is SIMPLE, just lose your fear through understanding & acceptance.

The medical profession generally treats it with therapy & drugs, but it's simply just changing your thoughts.

Lose your fear of those frightening but harmless feelings & the rest is downhill.

Dr. Weekes was the authority on anxiety & it's through her teachings that I was able to recover.

Anyone who thinks recovery is simple is ignorant.

The method to follow is simple. It isn't always easy, but Claire Weekes' method is simple without a doubt. Too simple even.
