Hello everybody, my name is Karina. I'm glad i found this site. Anybody here has any advice on this: I have flat feet but no problems until this year when both my knees started hurting. I think it's related with the fact I started running to stay in shape. Anyway I stopped running but the knee pain doesn't go away completely. I found this page where this person presents the insoles he is wearing for a very similar condition. What do you think? Anybody else tried them?
