 I am a surgeon doing research on patient attitudes for patient centered healthcare and their views.

I have tried direct email and many other things to collect the information.

I would appreciate the help of any members who would complete a 5 minute survey.

I will not email this to any of you, but if you all feel it is worthwhile, please let your friends and family know!

 yeah sure doc...i'll give ya my info...for 50 bucks...'cause...that's what you doing..."SELLING INFORMATION"....plus... you've been spamming people trying to get them to fill out your survey....geeez...your link says it all...www."survey"MONKEYS".com...and if you think i'm going to click on that link and have all kinds od spyware-adware-ect(downloaded to my computer... you are really pathetic)...your nuts...your probally not even a doctor...a legit surgeon would not be "trolling" these sites...(they have real patients to take care of)....what a a-hole......jerseybing
