We got the forums up

It took a couple of days more then we thought, but we are happy now.

So let’s hear you.

Introduce yourselves. Review your doctors. Know your doctors.

Together we’ll build a healthy community.

first they ignore you
then they laugh at you
then they fight you
then you win.

Hi Brands,

long time no see...

I also think the site looks better.

We had a post about it on the homepage, just removed it over the weekend.

We upgraded MDjunction about two weeks ago. The old system was too weak for the current number of visitors and forum activity (a lot more people coming ). Unfortunately, a large portion of the database was lost (we knew this would happen, but had no choice).

Anyway,

About the password – you found your way, just click the “lost password” at the login panel.

You’ll have to upload your personal photo again. AND… (I’m so sorry ) the forum posts are gone. We are starting from scratch (but its looking nice).

It’s a bit of a step back, but the future is looking great.

Hello!

I missed this forum topic introductions when I arrived here.

So Hello, call me Chia, victim, survivor, warrior, goddess, teacher, student, human observer, diverse, complex, romancing the ordinary and look to the profile for more!

I was awakened by this MDjunction because of the diverse openess to the possiblities of on line support. A place that seems to accept the individuals needs. What ever that happens to be. Also, I sense some solutions here instead of a whirlpool of complaints getting stagnent. OR on line dating.

As far as the Doctors and diagnoses, well, I have been through more prescriptions and dx's in my experiences. And now am pharmacutical free. No anti anxieties, or inhibitors, sleep meds etc of any kind. Was dx'd with rapid bipolar at age 30....I think the meds helped with some harm reduction to my other addictions in life. I was pretty messed up. (Had a recenct relapse as well) Today I experience ups and downs but will not do the Doctor med thing again. Found a Doctor who agrees and I get a physical every year and make sure I brush my teeth before bed LOL. I prefer the holistic alternatives, this in a huge way includes support! I encourage and support the rights of anybeing and there means of chosen therapy. If something is working for you...DO MORE OF IT! and dance! Share your victorious well being! Well, there is always so much more but this was just suppose to be an introduction hey?

So, hello, check out my profile, thanks for having this comfortable nook to hang and if you think my energy and your's would click in the support area, personal e mails are always welcome.

Support to me is empowerment, there are no failing peoples only poor support systems.

Chia

Hey, Chia. I'm really happy to have you here, and I'm happy you quickly understood what MDJunction is all about.

Lots of food for thought in your profile, I really love what you're saying. I'm gonna get back to it again, to settle it down in my head . Nice.

Gosh, I joined without posting all about me in this section. I'm Polly, married 42 years, 3 grown children, 4 grandkids and one due in September. I have fibro, lupus, hashimoto's thyroiditis, Reiters syndrome, Guillian-Barre syndrome, MCTD, scoliosis, degenerative arthritis, having many joint replacements and facing more. My hips are next, putting the surgery off as long as I can, which is will be soon. I'm disabled, since 2001.

I'm looking forward to learning about all of you and forming a friendship.

I think this is a great site.

Gentle Hugs to all of you.

Polly

Hello there,

I just joined the site and like what I see so far. I stumbled across a good place to review and rate doctors that you might want to check out. www.ratemds.com

I learned the hard way to check up on physicians before agreeing to surgery! Anyway, thanks for the site- keep up the good work.

Megan
