New here...just found you researching the issues my Mother has. She's been diagnosed with 3rd stage emphysema and cirrhosis of the liver. We're still waiting on the results from her liver tests yesterday.

So researching brought me here. I'm hoping to find hope and solace here.

Welcome to the group. I'm sorry about your mother.

If there is anything I can do please let me know.

Have they tested her for Alpha 1 Antitrypsin Deficiency.

Or have they mentioned hepto pulmonary syndrome? Theses are both pulmonary disorders that are caused by liver disease.
