Ruth,

Just curious, if if hang your head upside down for a little while, does it get better?

Hi,RU. Jim used to have that echo in his ears. It was caused from his anemia and was a sure sign his counts had dropped. Every blood transfusion and it would go away. Prayers you find relief.

Yes, Ru-- The ringing in the ears is a symptom of anemia. How is your hemoglobin? The norm should be 12.1 or in that area. Mine has only been about 9 and I have the echoing regularly.

Wow I have echoing in my ears as well as ringing and pain more prominent in my left ear no one has been able to figure this out either. If anyone comes up with an explanation let me know. Right now the only deficiencies that I have is Vit D which I take a supplement for. So Ru I am with you! Cheryl

Eating things like Mango's, blueberries, grapefruit, oranges and strawberries are high in Vitamen C and should help as well.

Just an FYI everyone - while at the Doc this week I told her about the echoing in my ears (not ringing - it's a constant echo) and found out I have fluid in both ears! I figured it was the meds - who knew! So she put me on flonase nasal corticosteroid spray and said it should stop in a week. Thank the good Lord - I really was losing it! Ru
