Hey sbtomme3! I just tested both of those links and they work fine for me. What kind of browser do you use? Are there any other Google tools that you use like Google Apps? You can send me a PM if you want to work on this outside the forum. You can then send me your email address so I can send you the PDF file. Wait, do you have Adobe Reader installed on your computer? If not, try downloading it from http://get.adobe.com/reader/ and installing it. Then try the links again. If you send me your email address in a PM I will send you the PDF file directly.
