I've watched the cirrhosis and liver transplant (part of anyway, it's long!) lectures on this site and enjoyed the level of detail included. I usually refrain from posting links (except for mpmom's!) but thought some of you might also find the lectures interesting and informative.

Thank you Dennis for bringing that to our attention. I see that the feature was introduced in August of this year. What a great educational tool for us as patients and caregivers! I'm so glad you shared that with us. I've heard some of the lectures through subscription, but it's great to see them on the ALF site.

Just a Note for those who may listen to the Liver Transplantation Lecture by Dr. Robert S. Brown Jr.: At the time time he presented this information he stated that Rifaxamin had not yet been approved by the FDA for use in the prevention and treatment of HE, but was scheduled to be reviewed soon. It was approved on March 25,2010 for this use.
