Good Morning New Support Group! My name is Trisha and I am learning to live with RSD in my right foot due to tibial sesamoid surgery and removal of an encapsulated nerve cluster, that was March 14, 2008 to date I'm feeling like the surgery was yesterday. I've had two nerve blocks with no relief (except back pain now) and after a plethora of medications I'm currently taking Lyrica, Lexapro and Oxycodone. None are helping, I go to Physical therapy 3x a week, my foot is less "sensitive" but the pain is still there. I still have hope that I will return to work in a few weeks. Any words of wisdom? Any exercise recommendations? Thanks for reading!
