Yesterday was crapppppyyyyy, knots in my leg alone with cramping and burning, pain also was in my spine. I was able to push through it enough to cook dinner by the time we sat down to eat I had pushed to far the point I had to make myself eat with out the enjoyment of my efforts. (sweet an sour pork roast with pork fried rice)It took awhile for me to get sleepy but I did get some rest. this afternoon (4-20-08) my body feels heavy and my legs are tight and burning by the way what do Dr. call that burning sensation?

Sky

Be Well and Take care

So far so good today. I am about 5/10 on both pain and fatigue today which is a miracle because I was awake most of the night..... Glad you took it easy yesterday Debbi:*

Hi Amanda!! Yes I did take it easy! Today I am having a great day so far, 5/10 pain and fatigue also!!! The only thing really hurting me today is the left side of my back and my neck a little. I slept great last night. I am now taking 2 Klonopin at night with my lunesta and Pamelor and man I sleep great!

I am a 9 on pain, I just took a pain pill. I am letting it take effect then going to bed. Fatigue is at a high too. I was feeling fine and then right after dinner, boom, I got so fatigued I could barely move. I have vegged out on the couch all night.

Well, here it is 8:30 am and I am still on a 9 pain. I slept pretty well but I woke up in pain in my shoulders, neck, arm and leg. This is going to be a great day.

It is only 1:15 Pm and yes it has been a LONG day. I had to come to work with dh to help with end of the month tax stuff and I am stuck here as we drove in together. I feel like crap, I am in a lot of pain, and very grumpy.
