Hi and I'm new to this group...I just would love to hear from anyone who has low-back, sciatic pain. I have been going to a rheumy for about 8 years now and have visited about 5 back doctors. One doctor told me I have arthritic in my lower back, one doctor did an injection in my sacroiliac joint and I still woke up the next day with the same pain...I've gone to chiropractors and physical therapy, but I still haven't been able to find the right chair that I can sit in for over 5 minutes without having to rock and roll to get comfortable. I have been diagnosed with myofascial pain syndrome ( fibromyalgia) and have been taking Neurontin every night, currently being switched over to Lyrica, which i haven't tried, yet. I am trying acupuncture right now and, so far, forget it! Anyway, I would love to hear from someone who has been going through what I have and just that might make me feel better. thanks, Lois |
