Does anyhone have constant burning, pain, stabbing pain in their feet and toes? It's hard to wear socks, actually I really can't for long. I also went on the med savella and have finished my 4th day, i suppose it's too early to tell if it works, but i have been in horrible pain a 12 most of the day, aching alot of places, but my feet are the worst which isn't something new (it's not neuropathy). Actually think i may feel worse. idk, i'm just so frustrated and have been crying alot the last few days, of course i cry alot anyhow..lol. Well thanks for listening and any input. Diane

I am sorry to hear of so much pain dear.

What about gout? Or psuedogout? Or diabetes? Or RA?

My first thought would have been neuropathy but if that had been ruled out, some of these diseases can cause feet pain.

I have terrible feet pain, especially my left foot on the outside ankle. Absloute screaming pain.

My dx is sciatica, neuropothy, RA, and psuedogout.

I think the psuedogout causes me the worse pain.

I hope you can figure it out soon. Please keep us informed.

Hugs

Have you been tested for vitamin and mineral defiency? Some of those can cause these issues too. Other than that you need a good neuro to figure this out.

Hello Diane,

I don't know if what I experience is in anyway the same as what you have but mine comes and goes.

I often wake at night with my feet burning, tingling and throbing from my calf to the soles of my feet. They feel like I have been standing on concrete all day. When they get bad they feel like this all day as well being more noticable whenever I sit or lay down. It doesn't usually last for long but it is very painfull and uncomfortable.

I have never asked the Dr. about it because everytime it was bad I had other issues that I was more concerned about.

Kardie

I'm not a Dr. and anything I write is my oppinion and my opinion only. I am just like you, I'm here for support and friendship from people who understand what I'm dealing with.

Also wondering if you've had a good Lyme test done? The best one is from Ignex in CA.

I have lupus. I was sent over to a neuroligst because the lupus has gone into my brain.

I also was having problems with neuropathy in my legs, feet, and arms.

My feet burn and feel like they are on fire. Same with my legs. They also feel like my legs are crawling too. But the burning pain is the worse!!
