Besides my pain meds, I often soak in a bath tub full of warm/hot water. Doing this 3 to 5 times a day, helps relax the muscles and ease the pain a little.

What do you do to help alleviate your pain?

Wow! I wish I could get in the tub. My right legs is so swollen 3x size of the left leg. I would help getting in and getting out. That wouldn't be relaxing for me. I know my husband would help but I just can't do it. I listen to my MP3 player on Hypnotic Fibromylgia. It relaxes me and puts me to sleep.

Yes getting in and out of the tub is hard for me too, so I rarely do it. I listen to harp music on my cd player in bed, that usually relaxes me. I try reading also.

I just stumbled across this one you wrote. my heart sends you a hug. I love baths but 3-5 times a day? I am on a mission to help you.
