I noticed that our friend Amy started a pain level discussion in the fibro group and I would like this as an ongoing post. I will start it with my pain level today and then each day I will attempt to post mine and hope you all follow through.

Today, my pain level is a 7

Hi Patty "great post"!

Today my pain level is a 5 and that for me is cause for celebration considering the last few weeks I have been at a 7 or 8 consistantly!

BTW Patty can we put up a chart of your choice describing the numbers and what the level means? as example when I went to the hospital recently they had a happy face chart with numbers....and as the pain increased the happy face got sadder and sadder ( LOL ) not funny but the chart itself was cute ...........

Thanks friend

You know I have the one that I got from our hospital and I would need to scan it and then hopefully somehow print it up and put it in a forum. I just tried the pain diary and it only partially came out. I don't know how we can post pictures in the forums.?

Sending you prayers and "soft" hugs sweetie!

I know how you feel....the last few weeks have been 8 and 9's for me today "FINALLY" I am at about a 5 or 6!

Sad that a 5 or 6 is good news isn't it? But it is!

I hope your feeling better soon...."hey" do you have any epsoms salt?....I find that if I soak in a tub of very warm to hot water with epsoms salt in it ...it does relieve some of the edge of the pain

Let me know how your doing k?

XO

Dr. Patty,

If you'd like, you can email the char to me or roy and we'll add it as an article in the Articles section.

I sent the few ongoing threads and charts that we can use in the groups to Alon. I am hoping and praying that he can transfer them to the group. I don't have the one with the faces on them but I have another chart and such that was made for me from my msn group.
