About 17 years ago i was diagnosed with CFS. Then next fibro and 4 years ago RA. The RA is under control-I think with methotrixate, Plaquinil,klonopin and lots of vit. I am very fatigued and recently tried Lyrica with very bade side effects. Basically I think my body was shutting down. Now what? I have found many idea with the fibro group. I thought I could find some ideas from this support group. I do have the achiness but I think the fatigue is the number one problem. I work and then rest. it is avery lonly life. I do feel lucky to still be able to ahve the job. I live by myself and keep trying to get better so i can have some people and fun in my life. I totally identify with some of the post i have read here about just trying to find energy to feed myself. I am spending time each week in a heated pool which helps a lot. RAC |
