 what is CFS? i feel sick and tired most of the time but my doctors have failed me. I have many symptoms but don't know how they fit together. I'm just exploring different possibilities. any thoughts?

 I know what CFS is but I have so many other different diseases as well it makes it hard cause they all cause chronic Fatigue. Chronic Fatigue is just a disease that don't go away that makes you very tired and weak. It's not much fun.
