Hi Hampton,

I wish I had some source of income that I could do from home. I was a teacher (I just left in Nov/07). I know I can tutor, but my house is usually a wreck.

I do have disability income. It's sort of up in the air as to how much. They want to make it a "pre-existing" disease. They don't think about the number of doctors you've had to see and the time you've forced yourself to work when you felt awful.

Do you have any ideas or suggestions?

Thanks,

Suzanne

Hi Marge,

Thanks for the information. The disability lady I spoke with at my job said I could make money as long as it was given as a gift. Gosh, I just feel plain worthless.

Please don't feel worthless!! I was fortunate to have a family owned business prior to fibro. My husband is still doing all the sales and such at the store, which i miss!! I miss being around the business part, bookeeping is boring!! Don't mess up getting your disability!! If you can tutur privately than maybe do that.
