I always had a borderline low b-12 level and used to get shots once a week to help raise my levels but I got tired of getting them. I recently found a b-12 patch that you wear behind your ear for 24 hours, once a week, and you receive the same amount of b-12 that you would in a shot. This sounds awesome! I take the shots every other day...but I'm tire of them and honestly miss as many as I take. Maybe that's why he told me to take them so often! Thanks!!! Suzanne
