I've been trying to do some exercise the last few days. I want to try to get in better shape and get stronger but the exercise is taking its toll. I'm even more tired now than I was before. Does anyone else do any kind of exercise routine?

The best I've been able to do is swim. Course I don't do that as often anymore. If I even try to do a little I pay for it for three days. Not looking forward to Christmas because the walking will do the same

Hampton the only exercise I have been able to keep up is Yoga and stretching, which is totally frustrating! I was in water aerobics for my back, which seemed to do ok with the FMS and I know my friend over on the coast does the water aerobics for her FMS and enjoys it and doesn't suffer a lot from it.
