Hi everyone! I truelly hope you all find yourselves felling even just a lil better today! Please know that I am praying for us all daily (best medicine of all in my opinion). I have a few questions after reading thru some past discussions ... first of all this Adderall 10 that was suggested for the fatigue, does it really work for you? Are there any side effects? When I am not having a "flair up" this symptom is one of the few that seem to be constant no matter how much I rest. I want to approach my doctor with this idea if you feel it really helps. Also, it was mentioned that being tested for nuclear antigen is a "deal breaker" could you please elaborate on what this is? My doctor is completely baffled and I have resigned to the fact that I will have to do the research myself (without the pay of coarse LOL) any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!! Always remember to SMILE!!!! all my love Tammy

Tammy,

Thanks for the prayers! I too pray for everyone here multiple times a day. I don't know about the testing, however I have been taking Adderall for about 6 months. For me, it doesn't diminish the tired feeling. The benefit that I have enjoyed the most is that I can focus better. This has been esential since I refuse to give up and quit work. Adderall also curbs your appetite. I've lost over 50 lbs since taking it, although I have changed my eating habits as well. I haven't had any ill side effects with it.

My doctor and I are also frustrated as where to go next with my "treatment". I'm considering looking for an infectious disease specialist rather than continue with the current doctor. Let us know what you find in your research!!!
